One of the favourites of many, even Michelle Obama has confessed her love for french fries. Toxic chemical compounds might be formed when these foods are fried at such a high temperature. Food that is deep-fried won’t just increase that weight line of yours, but has also contributed to causing stroke, and even some cancers!
4. Donuts
Donuts is one of the go-to snacks when you’re having a little sweet craving. But donuts contain a whole lot of sugar, fats and refined flour. Each donut is packed with 250 – 300 empty calories. 5. Margarine
Many out there think that margarine is healthy. But you couldn’t be more wrong. Margarine contains a whole lot of trans fats that can significantly increase your cholesterol and even damage your blood vessel walls.
