5. Malacca

This little state in Peninsular Malaysia packs a punch when it comes to its cultural heritage and Nyonya food. Malacca is a destination where both tourists and locals flock to for a quick getaway. If your family has yet been to Malacca before, an introductory sightseeing experience of the historical town (think A’Famosa, Dutch Square and Christ Church) and beautiful temples helps you appreciate it more. Be amazed by the lush greenery, hills and streams as you soak up the many benefits of the hot spring.
